Belgian professional cyclist who was known for competing for UCI ProTeam Quick-Step-Davitamon and for Leopard Trek. He died in a crash during the third stage of the 2011 Giro d'Italia.

In 2005, he was part of the Belgian team in the under-23 category at the UCI Road World Championships. Throughout the course of his racing career, he earned over a half dozen first-place finishes.

He is the younger brother of Elke Weylandt. He has a daughter named Alizée Weylandt.
