Women's professional basketball team based in the greater Chicago metropolitan area. They compete in the Eastern Conference of the WNBA. From 2013 to 2016 the organization made four appearances in the playoffs. They won the WNBA championship title in 2021.
Trivia
Both Michelle Williams and Mathew Knowles have been minority shareholders of the team. The University of Chicago Medicine has sponsored the team.
