Fictional bipedal platypus from the animated Disney Channel series Phineas and Ferb. On the surface he is a pet to the Flynn-Fletchers, but he moonlights as a member of an all-animal espionage organization referred to as Organization Without a Cool Acronym.
Trivia
He made his first appearance on the Phineas and Ferb episode "Rollercoaster."
