Israeli jazz saxophonist, musician, instrumentalist, songwriter, and composer known for being a founding member of The 3 Cohens Sextet, performing in the Israeli Army Orchestra in the 1990s, and for the albums Song Without Words (2011) and Hakol Zehavi (2013).

Before Fame

He began playing the saxophone when he was 9 years old. He graduated from the Telma Yellin High School for the Arts. He graduated from the Berklee College for Music in 1997.

He received the Landau Prize for Jazz Performance in 2010. He has traveled extensively in India and incorporates Indian influence into his music. He also has a Master's degree from the Manhattan School of Music and a Master's degree in Composition from Jerusalem's Rubin Academy for Music and Dance.  

Family Life

He was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. He grew up in a musical family. His siblings also became musicians and members of the The 3 Cohens Sextet.
