Before Fame

He first began his youth career playing with the SC Kreuzau. He then joined the FC Koln club where he made his senior career debut in 2013. He first played for Germany's under 18 national squad in 2012 and after appearing on several of their youth teams, he played for their national team in 2016.

He is known for having won the Silver Fritz Walter Medal during his 2013 season on Germany's Under 19 national team. He is also known for having won the UEFA European Under 21 Championship during his 2017 season with German'y national team.
