Accomplished and seasoned actress whose career, spanning over several decades, has included memorable starring roles in television series such as Cosmetology High, Memory Lost, and K9 Coming. She earned particular recognition and acclaim for her performance in the Yu Zheng films Legend of Lu Zhen and Swordsman. She has also starred in films such as Palace 2, Love Yunge from the Desert, and Lady & Liar.

Before Fame

She left home at the young age of ten to study dance at the Yunnan Art School before going on to study acting at the Shanghai Normal University's Xie Jin School of Film and Television. She later graduated from the Shanghai Theatre Academy in the year 2001 with a degree in acting.

Trivia

She made her acting debut in the 1997 war film The Opium War. In the year 2017, she won Most Popular Actress in a web series from the second Asia New Media Film Festival for her performance in the detective show Memory Lost.

Family Life

She left her parents at the age of ten to study at the Yunnan Art School. She had been rumored to be romantically involved with actors such as Zhu Yilong and Chen Xiao in the past. However, she has dispelled both of these rumors and kept her love life under wraps for most of her career.

She co-starred with Zhang Meng in the 2014 romance series Love for Three Lifetimes. She also appeared with Zhang Ming'en in the multi award-winning 2018 adventure fantasy series Desert Sea.
