Reality star who famously became the winner of the popular Korean reality series Physical: 100 in 2023, Netflix's first Korean survival series. His fitness routines and tremendous feats of strength can be seen throughout posts on his jdsbx Instagram account, which has gained over 60,000 followers.

Before Fame

He worked briefly as a physical education teacher after graduating from Chung-Ang University, where he also later earned his master's degree. While temporarily staying in Canada for language lessons during his mandatory service to the Korean military, he fell in love with snowboarding and became an instructor and pro snowboarder thereafter. He previously served as a marine. 

Trivia

He was President of the Snowboard Committee of South Korea and a coach for South Korea's National Snowboarding Team. He has dreams of traveling to the 2026 Italian Olympics as a national team coach.

Family Life

Upon winning the competition and being named the "fittest survivor," he thanked his parents who he said had supported him for over 30 years.
