Willy Sagnol

Former right-back and soccer player that played soccer professionally for 13 years until retiring in the year 2008. During his professional career, he also played for the French men's national team. Shortly after retiring, he then began his professional coaching career. 

Before Fame

Prior to his professional soccer career, he played for the AS Saint-Étienne youth squad. He was also a member of the French youth national team. 

Trivia

As a member of Bayern Munich, he won five Bundesliga titles while also winning the 2001 UEFA Champions League title. In the year 2006, he helped Team France place silver during the FIFA World Cup. He stands five feet, 11 inches tall.

Family Life

Growing up, he lived with his family in Saint-Étienne, France. He now lives along with his wife and their four children.
