Her brand Vaed (Veronica Arroyo Environmental Designs) launched in June 2020 and markets itself as sustainable, retro styles that are made following zero waste conduct principles and size inclusive styles. She has shown her pieces at London fashion week.

She has lived on a track of land where her family grows their own food, lives as low-waste as possible, and cares for many animals including cats, dogs, and a horse.

Her YouTube channel focuses on lifestyle content. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she posted a video to her YouTube channel where she expressed that she was feeling burnt out and unable to find motivation to complete sewing projects. Over the months after the post, she found her way back to her creations and fashion content. 

Family Life

She has been in a long-term relationship with Daniel Argota since 2020. She is based in Puerto Rico where her family also lives that includes her older sister and her parents. But, she also lists NYC as another base of operations for her fashion that she visits and posts from quite often.
