About
Russian gymnast who began competing with the Russian Group at the 2016 World Cup Series. In August, she was a member of the group that went on to take gold at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. In 2016, she was awarded the Honored Master of Sports of Russia as well as The Order of Friendship for her "outstanding sports achievements."
Before Fame
She began to practice gymnastics at the age of 5 with the support of her mother. She studied at the Omsk schools number 61 and 125, where she trained with elite coaches such as Vera Shtelbaums. She was on the Russian reserve team until 2016 when she replaced Ksenia Poliakova as a member of the Russian National Group.

She has a strong following of 2.4 million on her biryukova98 TikTok. In her videos she performs lip-syncs and incorporates some of her hyper-flexible gymnastic moves. There are also clips of her leading and teaching youth gymnastic classes. She makes quite a few videos with her daughter, Viola, who is also training to be a gymnast. She is known to post TikToks of her in the gym, as well.

Her daughter, Viola, appears on her social media. She posted a photo with her mother to her biryukova__official in May of 2017. She has a white cat.
