Director, producer, writer, and actress most recognized for her recurring roles on television series such as Family Matters, Sister, Sister, and The Bold and the Beautiful. Her directorial debut short film Did I Wake You? was well-received and popularly acclaimed after its premier at the Sundance Film Festival in 2001. She has also worked in nearly every aspect of filmmaking and television including residuals analysis, production finance, and media distribution.

She has steadily worked both on-screen and behind the scenes in television and film since 1983. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University in the year 1999 with bachelor's degrees in both film production and communication/media studies. She also minored in Africana studies.
