She shares a wide assortment of material across her multiple social media channels including motivational fitness content, family vlogs, and trending challenges. Born in Ukraine, she moved to North Carolina at the age of 15. After nearly a decade apart, her family was reunited in the U.S. following escalating war tensions in Ukraine. She and her sister Anya partnered with the non-profit organization GiGi's Playhouse to launch Strength Without Labels, the world's first free strength training program designed for individuals with Down syndrome. Their story was featured on the 2024 cover of GenerationG Magazine.

Her sister Anya is the first female fitness influencer with Down syndrome in the world. She often includes her sister and their parents, Yulia and Yuriy, as well as her fiancé, Kirk, in her content.
