She obtained a BA in creative writing from Cal State Long Beach and has written and produced for the film industry.

Trivia

She was a dancer from the age of five and has also acted in films such as Saw Blade and Soiled Love.

Family Life

She was born Valary Renae DiBenedetto and has an identical twin sister. She married Matt Shadows in 2009. She and Matt have two sons named River and Cash.
