He began playing soccer at a very young age. He began playing at Ajax's youth academy in 2013 when he was 15 years old. He made his professional debut with Jong Ajax in 2015. He made his senior soccer debut in 2020. He then played for FC Utrecht and FC Twente, where he had a standout season in 2022-23 by scoring 14 goals in 36 appearances.
