He has stated that his analysis of Valve's leftover code has allowed him to reveal upcoming and undisclosed updates, projects. He has translated his findings into documentary-style videos that he shares on his self-titled YouTube channel. Boasting over 360,000 subscribers, his channel was formerly known as Valve News Network until he changed the name as part of a total rebrand in 2011.

Before Fame

After graduating from Mathews High School, he went on to earn dual bachelor's degrees in communication and journalism from Youngstown State University, hailed by Forbes Magazine as one of the topmost colleges in the U.S., in the year 2020. He expressed in a televised interview that he was able to pay for most of his education with the income he earned as a content creator.

Trivia

His YouTube channel has showcased his portrayal of various comedic and satirical characters, including Mister CEO Man, British Tyler, and Clone Tyler. In 2014, he was awarded with the Red and White Scholarship for Excellence at YSU. He was later chosen as one of only a few select students to be recognized at the Society of Collegiate Journalists National Contest in 2017.
