He made his official NFL debut while playing against the New Orleans Saints during week one of the 2022 regular season. He recorded 1,035 rushing yards in 16 games during his rookie season. He began his rookie season as a backup to Cordarrelle Patterson before finding playing time in week 2 of the regular season. His first career touchdown came in week 7 of the 2022 NFL season, when the Falcons played the Cincinnati Bengals.
