Television presenter and comedian most largely known for hosting programs for the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation and TV 2 networks, such as Kroppen, Svendsen om Hansen og Jensen, Kvelden er Din, and Truls - Oppdrag Hurtigruten. In the year 2019, he joined the touring cast of the comedy and musical show Fra Æ til Å. He also portrayed the recurring role of Ken Olsen on the television series Meglerne and appeared in the feature films Christmas Blood, as well as the TV series Kjendis AS.
Before Fame
He was born and raised in the city of Tromsø before relocating to Oslo in 1993. He graduated from the BI Norwegian Business School. While attending, he met future TV host Harald Ronneberg, with whom he co-founded the event company Plan B.

He earned a Gullruten TV Moment of the Year Award in 2009. In the year 2015, after having ventured on an arctic expedition alongside mountain climber Cecilie Skog on the show Tjukken og Lillemor, he received the Se og Hør's TV Personality of the Year Award.

He and his partner Charlotte Smith performed the song "Når Julefreden Senker Seg" together on the reality competition series Norges Nye Megahit in 2021. The title went on to reach the #1 spot on Norwegian singles charts.
