Former collegiate All-American that was a two time member of the first team All PAC-12 during his years at Colorado State University. As a senior, he was given the 2021 John Mackey Award, which is given to the top tight end in the NCAA. He was later selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the second round of the 2022 NFL draft.

He was a three sport athlete while at Fort Morgan High School. In addition to football, he also played basketball and baseball during his high school career.
Trivia
He finished his collegiate career as Colorado State's all-time leading tight end in categories such as receptions and receiving yards as well as most receptions and receiving yards in a single season. After being named a unanimous All-American in 2021, he became the first ever in Colorado State program history. He stands 6'4" and weighs nearly 250 pounds.
