Before Fame
He was first introduced to heavy metal music as the result of his childhood preoccupation with horror and fantasy. He was captivated by the stunning artwork that adorned the album covers he discovered while perusing the metal section of his local record store. The genre ultimately became what he described as a "healthy outlet for negative energy." After releasing a demo album and an EP, he and his TBDM bandmates were signed to Metal Blade Records and released their official debut studio album "Unhallowed" in the year 2003.
