Trevor Gott

About

Relief pitcher that was drafted by the San Diego Padres during the sixth round of the 2013 Major League Draft. He was later signed by the Milwaukee Brewers in November 2021. He has also pitched in the San Francisco Giants, Washington Nationals and Los Angeles Angels organizations. 

Before Fame

Prior to being drafted, he attended the University of Kentucky where he pitched for three seasons. During his junior season, he set his school's all-time saves record with 20. 

Trivia

He made his official major league debut playing against the Oakland Athletics on June 14, 2015 as a member of the Angels. He would go on to pitch nine consecutive scoreless innings to begin his professional career. Prior to debuting in the major leagues, he played in the Cape Cod Baseball League, where he received the Russel Ford Award, given out to the league's top reliever.

He grew up living with his family in Lexington, Kentucky.
