Australian former professional soccer player, athlete, and current coach known for playing center-back for Sydney United, Sydney FC, and several foreign soccer teams in England and Japan. He is also known for playing for the Australian national team and for being part of Australia's victory over Uruguay in the 2005 World Cup Qualifiers, which led the team to compete in the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
