Afro-pop singer, songwriter and producer most recognized as Magasco or the Bamenda Boy. During the 2018 All African Music Awards, he received a nomination for 'Best Male Artist in Central Africa'. He is an artist signed to the Empire Company and Universal Music Africa music labels. 

Before Fame

He first discovered his passion for music as a young child growing up in church. Prior to his professional singing career, he received a college degree in history from the University of Yaoundé in Yaoundé, Cameroon. 

Trivia

His most popular song "Sokoto" has been streamed over 1.6 million times on his Spotify profile. The song was featured on his debut album Golden Boy which was officially released on December 29, 2017.

He grew up living with his family in Bamenda, Cameroon. He was born of Kom descent.
