British radio host and podcaster known for his work with Radio X hosting the mid-morning show from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. which has been known to draw around 1.2 million listeners weekly, for hosting the podcast Zero Ducks Given, and for winning the gameshow House of Games on BBC Two in 2019.

Before Fame

He grew up with an early interest in entertainment and media. He pursued his passion for broadcasting and media in high school and college. He began his career as a radio host in 2014 on Capital FM. His radio career took off when he joined Radio X in the year 2016. 

Trivia

He raised over £250,000 for the Global's Make Some Noise charity by paddling a unicorn-shaped pedal boat named "Tallulah Sparkle Party" along the Thames River in 2024. He is a sports fan and is particularly passionate about cricket and soccer. 

Family Life

He was born and raised in Surrey, England. He is the son of Chris Tarrant, known for hosting the British version of Who Wants To Be a Millionaire. He married Pippa Taylor in 2022.
