Chicago-based serial killer who used lethal doses of arsenic to poison her victims. She killed between five and seven victims during her reign her terror. She passed away while living out her sentence in the Joliet Correctional Center in the mid 1930s.

She murdered her husbands Jozef Mitkiewicz, Joseph Ruskowski, and Frank Kupczyk. Klimek was born Otylia Gburek in Poland. She came to the United States as an infant with her parents.
