Singaporean art director known for leading advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather to win Network of the Year at Cannes five consecutive times. AdAge called him "One of the world's most influential people in the communication business." He worked with brands such as Singapore Airlines, American Express, Cadbury's, Coca-Cola and McDonald's. In 2018, Ogilvy & Mather terminated him as global creative leader over alleged misconduct.

He studied design and art history at Central St. Martins in London. He received a Master of Arts in film at the Royal College of Art London.
