Author and voice actress who is best known for her books "The Blender Girl," "The Blender Girl Smoothies," "The Perfect Blend." She is also the creator of The Decadent Detox and Skinny60 health programs.

Before Fame

When she was a teenager she was diagnosed with Epstein-Barr virus. Her mom took her to a naturopath, and suggested she remove gluten, dairy, and meat, and embrace a diet high in plant-based foods. From then on she was inspired to share about health.

Trivia

She is also known for her acting roles in Gears of War 3, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City and League of Legends. She has collaborated with KitchenAid, Vitamix, Four Seasons, Westin Hotels, and Williams-Sonoma. Her healthy food has also been featured in the L.A Times, Washington Post, InStyle, Real Simple, Prevention and Cosmopolitan.

Family Life

Both her parents worked as airline crew members. She has a sister named Kara.
