Weight lifter and all-time world record holder for women's raw deadlift with 636 pounds. Her extraordinary weightlifting feats and training videos have helped her reach over 180,000 followers on her tamarawalcott.shw Instagram account. She is also the founder of Fitness King & Queen Apparel, which features inclusive fitness wear for people of all sizes. 

Before Fame

She played sports as a child, including basketball and softball. After getting married and having children, she developed a food addiction which caused her to gain over 200 pounds and feel uncomfortable in her own skin. After realizing she needed to make a change, she joined a weight training gym and fell in love with the energy and confidence she gained from powerlifting. 

Trivia

She is a full-time property manager and spends each night making dinner for her two children followed by three to four hours at the gym. 

Family Life

She is the mother to two children named Masjahlee and Bryce. She also has a sister. She currently lives in Maryland, but she was born in the U.S. Virgin Island of St. Croix.
