Soul singer, radio, and television host and personality who is best known for her work on the Homeboyz Radio series known as The Juice. She is also the host of OneLove on Citizen TV. 

Before Fame

While growing up in a very musically inclined family, she began to develop an interest and passion for the art at a young age. When she was 17, she and her music group Talma released their debut album Jambo Rafiki in 2001. That same year she won an Emmy Award for her work in television. 

Trivia

She is outspoken during interviews about her experiences in school with bullying. She says she changed schools three times and all time she never told her parents what was happening. Now, she is an outspoken advocate against bullying. 

Family Life

She married Ezekiel Onyango in 2010 who is a film and television director as well as the CEO of Film Crew in Africa. Together they have one son named Lyrics.
