Professional wrestler best known for his performance with All Elite Wrestling. He earned the title of World Tag Team Champion with former partner Keith Lee in 2022. He has also enjoyed an illustrious career with WWE, where he earned the title of NXT North American Champion in 2021. He is also a former MLW World Heavyweight Champion, Evolve Champion, and CZW World Heavyweight Champion, as well as a former 2-time CZW Wired TV Champion and PCW Ultra Heavyweight Champion. 

Before Fame

He was a skilled athlete throughout his youth and excelled in football, basketball, and track while attending Donegal High School. After graduating, he enlisted in the United States Army Reserve, where he served as a signal communications specialist for 8 years. He began his training to become a professional wrestler while still in active duty for the military.

Trivia

From 2014 to 2018, he performed in the El Rey Network pro wrestling series Lucha Underground. He was a primary character of the series, portraying the role of Lt. Jermaine Strickland, a military veteran, who wrestled under the ring name Killshot. Some of the additional names under which he has performed include Shane Strickland, Isaiah "Swerve" Scott, and SW3RVE The Realest.

Family Life

His father was a sergeant for the U.S. Army stationed in Frankfort, but they later moved to Germany until he was 7. He has 2 daughters and 1 son. His cousin is former NFL linebacker for the Los Angeles Rams, Fred Strickland.

He has defeated wrestlers Austin Aries, Christopher Daniels, and SCHAFF to become a 3-time DEFY World Championship Winner. He also defended the championship title numerous times against opponents such as Brian Cage.
