Suzanne Moore

English journalist who is recognized for her written work which has appearing in a wide range of press outlets including Marxism Today, The Mail on Sunday, and The Guardian. She frequently writes about Twitter as well as its affect and influence on the culture. 

Before Fame

She attended Middlesex University where she majored in Cultural Studies. She then went on to earn her PhD in Journalism. She gained attention in 1995 after published a controversial piece in The Guardian. She then started working for New Statesman in the early 2000's which earned her further attention. 

Trivia

She is also known for having ran as an independent candidate for the constituency of Hackney North and Stoke Newington in the 2010 UK General Election. 

Family Life

She was born and raised in Ipswich, Suffolk, England. She has three daughters.

Her comments in a January 2013 issue of New Statesman were defended by fellow writer and journalist Julie Burchill in a separate article she published in The Observer.
