Celebrity chef, television personality, and food writer from Ireland. He is best known for his Food Network series Private Chefs of Beverly Hills. He has honed his expertise in the realms of Continental and New American cuisine. He has made appearances on television shows such as Marie, The Talk, and The Home and Family Show. 

Before Fame

Between 2000 and 2004, he pursued his culinary aspirations at the Dublin Institute of Technology and obtained a B.A. in Culinary Arts. Following his academic journey, he embarked on a European adventure, settling in France, where he immersed himself in the world of high-end French cuisine in Bordeaux, refining his skills by working in small restaurants. From 2008 to 2011, he held the role of Tupperware's brand ambassador and served as their North American chef.

Trivia

Even at the young age of 7, he exhibited a passion for the culinary arts. He would eagerly forsake his homework to assist his aunt and mother in crafting pastries and pies.
