About
Welsh drummer best known as a founding member of rock band Stereophonics. He and his bandmates released their debut album, Word Gets Around, in 1997. He has also been a temporary drummer for hard rock band Stone Gods.

He began hosting his own talk show, Cable TV, in 2002. He hosted the Kerrang! Awards in 2005.
