Well known for his role as David Paulk on BET Network's hit series Being Mary Jane, he has appeared in numerous notable films such as The Run Down, Friday Night Lights, Safe House, and Battleship.

Before Fame

He was a football and baseball player growing up, earning a scholarship for baseball from the University of California Riverside, and leading the school to a College World Series. He then played professionally for with the Atlanta Braves and Baltimore Orioles.

His TV show credits include Royal Pains, Grey’s Anatomy, Lost, Brothers and Sisters, The Mentalist, The Game, and Hart of Dixie.

Family Life

He was born in Chicago, Illinois, later moving to Northern California where he attended Campolindo High School.
