Her other sisters are Isabelle Kaif, Christine Raphael Duran Spencer, Natacha Turcotte, Melissa Turcotte Roberts, and Sonia Turcotte. They have a brother named Michael. Her mother, Suzanne Turquotte, was a lawyer and a social worker who divorced their father, Muhammed Kaif. The family moved frequently because of Turquotte's work, and the children were homeschooled. Katrina Kaif has commented on their father's absence during their childhood and the subsequent lack of a strong bond.
