Spike Eskin

About

Known for being the co-host of the The Rights To Ricky Sanchez Podcast, which has been widely considered the top Philadelphia 76ers podcast-themed in the world. His other co-host is Michael Levin, and the duo film the Podcast remotely since they live on opposite coasts.

Before Fame

He graduated from Syracuse University in the year 1998 with a degree in broadcast journalism.  He had various jobs working in Philadelphia across a variety of media properties including for 94 WIP prior to finding fame and success through his podcast.

Trivia

In the year 2021, he became vice president of programming for the New York City sports talk station WFAN. On his podcast, he's interviewed several sixers players and team personnel. In the year 2023 the podcast celebrated its 10-year anniversary.

Family Life

His real name is Brett Eskin. His father is legendary sports personality Howard Eskin. Howard made a name for himself commenting on Philadelphia sports in radio, television, and in-person at press conferences.
