Born Kelsie Hogue, her eponymous Instagram handle has brought in over 10,000 fans attracted to her self-proclaimed brash music and comedy. Her breakout song "Flirting with Her" went viral after featuring on the soundtrack for the Netflix series Heartstopper. Her stage persona and music presents as a completely non-binary, un-ironic fusion of comedy and bubblegum pop.

Before Fame

She was raised in New Hampshire and later attended Boston University's School of Theater. She had a small acting career, performing in the summer stock production of Legally Blonde. After experimenting in Boston with music and in Chicago with comedy, she signed with the imaginative Father/Daughter record label. 

Trivia

She is a genre bending artist and vocal instructor. She identifies as gender nonbinary, preferring both she and he pronouns. She is also bisexual, but has also used the words gay and queer to refer to her sexual preference. 

Family Life

She has been in a relationship with the musician Softee since 2019. His parents and brother have appeared in both her social media posts and her brother had a role in his music video "Cheerleader." She has a miniature spaniel dog named Sprout.
