Shi Scott

Well known as simply Shi, she was a contestant on Season 4 of The Voice. Two years later, she also competed on Season 14 of American Idol.

Before Fame

Born Shaina Laurel Scott, she was singing before she could form words. She excelled in school, but dropped out of The International Baccalaureate Magnet Program in high school to pursue singing.

Trivia

Following American Idol, she studied human behavior to deliver information to people through singing, songwriting and motivational speaking.

Family Life

She was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and grew up with a sister.
