Before Fame

He was studying at community college and working at Home Depot when he joined the cast of Born This Way.

His mother authored Who's the Slow Learner and My Name Is Sean and I Have Something to Share. Together, he and his mother have hosted educational presentations about Down syndrome. 

Family Life

His mother, Sandra, has authored several books about his young life with Down syndrome. His father, Rick, has been dedicated to helping Sean achieve his goals.
