Conceptual artist who has worked on projects ranging from vehicle and alien designs for the animated series Hot Wheels: Battle Force 5, to theme park attractions such as the Men in Black ride at Universal Studios in Orlando. His clients have included Mattel Toys, Spin Master Toys, Patagonia, the feature film Minority Report, Nike, Rockstar Games, Sony Online Entertainment, Sony Computer Entertainment of America, Buena Vista Games, Fiat and Apple. He attended Art Center College of Design in California and Oregon State University

In 1995, he relocated to Vevey, Switzerland to teach drawing and industrial design at Art Center, Europe. In 2002, he founded Design Studio Press, a publishing company dedicated to art and design education. 

Family Life

His father was an artist who taught him how to draw and design toys. He and his father designed and built soapbox derby cars. He married film editor Melissa Kent.
