Journalist, 10 News First editor, and television personality who revolutionarily became the 1st Australian news reporter to break the news of the September 11 terrorist attacks in 2001. She co-hosted the Channel Ten police crime program Wanted and has acted as the presenter for 10 News First Sydney. She has also appeared as a guest star or contestant on numerous game shows and variety programs including All Star Family Feud, Have You Been Paying Attention?, and The Masked Singer Australia.
Before Fame
She graduated from Brisbane State High School in 1978. She began her career with Ten Eyewitness News Brisbane in the 1990s. Toward the start of her career, she also emceed the Cool Aid Australia's National Carbon Test.
Trivia
In the year 2008, she became the first ever female presenter to act as co-host for the Melbourne Cup carnival broadcast. She went on to continue doing so for seven consecutive years after.

She married Symon Brewis-Weston in 2011, and subsequently became stepmother to his adopted daughter.
