Before Fame

He has earned his NASM certification as a Certified Personal Trainer and graduated from University of California, Irvine. During his college years, he joined the B-Boy Anonymous club and participated in KASA Dance Off.

Trivia

While attending University of California, Irvine, he enthusiastically agreed to join the cheerleading team after being asked to do so in his sophomore year. He also joined the school's Hawaiian club and choreographed its All Polynesian Dance performance.

Family Life

He has been estranged from his family since he was a teenager. His family, particularly his father, did not support his decision to pursue dance and discouraged him from attending college. This ultimately led him to leave his parents' house and live on the streets while applying for schools and scholarships.
