Ryan Switzer

About

American football coach and former professional player in the NFL for five seasons. He played as a wide receiver and punt returner for the Dallas Cowboys, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Cleveland Browns. After his time as a player, he moved into coaching and has been the wide receivers and pass game coach for the University of Tulsa Golden Hurricanes football team. 

Before Fame

He grew up in Charleston, West Virginia where he excelled at football, basketball, and track and field in the 100 meter dash, long jump, and 40 yard dash. 

Trivia

In college he played for the North Carolina State University Tar Heels football team as a punt returner and wide receiver. He's worked in that area of the game his whole life, and has taken that responsibility as a coach at Tulsa. 

Family Life

He has a wife named Gabie, one son named Christian, and a daughter named Rowan. They announced they are having their third child in May 2025.
