Businessman best known as the owner of the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks. He was also the President of the family-owned Wirtz Corporation and previously ran the liquor distribution company Judge & Dolph, Ltd.

He graduated from Northwestern University in 1975.
Trivia
He took over the Blackhawks following his father's death in 2007. His change in management style was praised by fans and, in 2010, led to the team's first Stanley Cup victory since 1961.
Family Life
He had three children named Daniel, Kendall, and Hillary with his first wife Kathleen. He was married twice. His grandfather, Arthur Wirtz, bought the Blackhawks in 1954.

He and Chicago Bulls owner Jerry Reinsdorf were joint owners of the United Center, home of both the Bulls and the Blackhawks.
