Most well known as the ex-wife of Grey's Anatomy actor Patrick Dempsey. They were married from 1987 to 1994. 

Before Fame

She was Dempsey's manager and acting coach when the got married. She made her own screen debut with him in 1987's In the Mood. 

Trivia

She has worked a variety of onset jobs including directing Ava's Magical Adventure and acting in the films Hung Up on Elena, Happy Together, and The Rainbow Tribe. 

Family Life

She married her first husband, John Haas, in 1964. They had three children, Corey, Noelle, and David.
