American stage, television, and film actress best known for her young adult roles on the soap operas One Life to Live and Another World. She passed away in August of 2022 after being diagnosed in 2020 with Stage 4 Endocervical Adeno Cancer.

Before Fame

She started her acting career in musical theatre at the age of three. She played the titular role in the musical Annie and worked in commercials. As a teenager she started modeling. She also hosted Rated K on Nickelodeon and did voiceover work.

Trivia

She loved making B-horror movies and starred in several, such as Minds of Terror, Zombiegeddon, Slashers Gone Wild! and Hellweek. In 1992, she was nominated at the 14th Youth in Film Awards for Best Young Actress in a Daytime Series for One Life to Live.

Family Life

She was born and raised in Pennsylvania. Shen married golf pro Mark Wiley in 2013.
