Decorated collegiate linebacker for the Alabama Crimson Tide who won the 2015 NCAA championship with the school. He was a Butkus Award winner and a 2016 unanimous All-American. He was selected 31st overall in the 2017 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers.
Before Fame
He earned the nickname of Freakish Freshman while playing at Troup County High School in Georgia. He transferred to Auburn High School for his senior year after a controversy involving Troup County headcoach Charles Flowers resulted in his dismissal.

He earned Defensive MVP honors in the 2013 Under Armour All-America Game.
Family Life
His father Danny Foster allegedly shot his his mother Inita Berry Paige while Inita was holding an 18-month-old Reuben. Danny was indicted by a grand jury, and has lived a life on the run from the law. Reuben has a daughter named A‘Zyia Blackmon who was born in 2009.
