Founder of Night Media, a multimedia talent agency which represents some of the largest creators on YouTube. In 2022, media investment firm TCG invested $100 million into Night Capital, which is a firm lead by Reed to invest in and acquire products that can be paired with large creators.

Before Fame

Before founding Night Media, he initially worked for a Sports Talent Agency but he left the firm to help Dude Perfect with their growing channel.

Trivia

Some of the talent Night Media has managed include MrBeast, UnspeakableGaming, Samara Redway, and Ryan Trahan.  He launched a Podcast called Creator Economics in 2020 to discuss business trends happening within the creator economy.  He shares pictures with creators he manages and analytics from his creators on Twitter where he has over 20,000 followers. He gave a Ted Talk in 2020 discussing creators and philanthropy. 

Family Life

He moved from North Dakota to Dallas in 2015 to start Night Media.
