Mexican rapper also known by his stage name Mr. Yosie Locote or the King of Las Rimas. He was a member of the Florencia 13 gang from which he took inspiration for his music. He released nine albums, the last of which, The Master of Rhymes, was released in March 2017. He was found assassinated in April of 2018.
Before Fame
He got his start in 2009 writing songs for members of his neighborhood. He had connections as Big House Records and they agreed to record his first song, "Malditos Florentines." He continued to write and by 2010 had released his first complete album, El Duke.
Trivia
His body was discovered in Tetlán Río Verde, Guadalajara along with a threatening message that suggested he was involved with organized crime.
Family Life
He is survived by his wife Gaby Prado and their four daughters.
