Welsh actress, performer, entertainer, and artist who is known for her acting work in Kaos (2024), The Pact (2021), and Anthony (2020), and for her theater performance as Hermione Granger in the West End Production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. 

Before Fame

She had a strong passion for the arts as a young child. She participated in school plays in elementary school through high school. She pursued her acting passion by attending the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.

Trivia

She started her acting career in the theater and acted in several theater productions, including Shakespear's The Tempest. Her big television acting break came when she appeared in Holby City in 2003.  She won the BAFTA Cymru Siân Phillips Award in 2023. She is the co-founder of Shanty Productions.  

Family Life

She was born and raised in Cardiff, Wales. Her mother was from Sierra Leone and her father was from Nigeria. She married Adam Smethurst in 2004. She has two children.

Associated With

She is known for portraying the character of Hermione Granger, who was also famously portrayed by Emma Watson. She appears alongside Jeff Goldblum in Kaos (2024).
