Before Fame

She has been in the spotlight since appearing as a teenager in a Miss 17 beauty pageant and then pursuing a brief modeling career. She studied at the Inmaculada Concepción school and graduated with a degree in journalism from the Andrés Bello University. She has been working as a journalist and news anchor at Meganoticias since she was 23 years old. 

Trivia

On March 1, 2022, she left the Mega channel, after 20 years, to start new projects on Channel 13 where she took over the hosting of the service program Aquí somos todos. Since September 6, 2021, she has hosted the program "Meganoticias a tiempo juntos" on the radio with her colleague, José Luis Repenning​ with whom she has collaborated for 20 years.

Family Life

In 2005 she married Alejandro José Goycoolea Chau, and the couple share two daughters. She has Palestinian ancestry on her mother's side, a cultural identity that she preserves within her family, especially in celebrations and food. She is also outspoken against the Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people.
